A registered nurse, holistic practitioner, & follower of Jesus.
I love pizza, breaking out in random dance, & sitting in the sun.
I don’t enjoy small talk & can’t stand rude people.
I’m really happy you’re here!

Your body was designed to heal on its own. It doesn’t require you to do more. It requires you to do less, with greater intention.
I was born & raised in small town USA, in Kansas. I was lucky enough to marry my high school sweetheart and have been happily married since 2016. We are a military family, now living in Omaha, Nebraska, hoping to finally plant some roots. I am also a mom to two wonderful kiddos.
I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2016. I have experience in adults, end of life, pediatrics, labor & delivery, and oncology. I was never one to question the system until I became a mom. My daughter broke out in eczema after her 6 month shots & the deep dive began. I jokingly dipped my toe into holistic health with A Shot in the Dark by Candace Owens in 2021. I say jokingly, because there is no dabbling in holistic health when you start with the vaccine issue. I can’t say I *cured* my daughter’s eczema, but I can say that she has been eczema free since she was 18 months old. She is now 4.
With a ton of personal research, books, & podcasts, it became a little too much for me. If you have experience in the holistic space, it can feel overwhelming, scary, and make you feel like everything you do is wrong.
So, I actually stepped away... for an entire year. I had to re-evaluate my personal feelings and thoughts behind the meaning of health & wellness.
In 2024, I enrolled in Emily Morrow’s Mastering Blood Chemistry certification and Emmalee Thompson’s Practitioner Certification: Integrative Metabolic Wellness Academy. I knew in my soul that I would never be able to help others in the way that they deserved unless I became my own practitioner.
My goal is to make the holistic wellness space achievable to everyone. I want to bring light to things that truly move the needle towards a healthier life and the things that just distract us. Health is simple. The art of becoming the healthiest, most vibrant version of yourself doesn’t require all of the things. You get healthier by becoming the master of the foundations. And that is what I will teach you.
My purpose as a practitioner is not to heal you, but to guide you into a safe space that allows you to heal yourself. The deeper I got into education, the more I realized that there is no fancy root cause to your health issues. But rather stress, a lack of safety, purpose, & connection to our Creator. These things are the perfect storm to dysfunction. Have faith my friend. Your body is not meant for sickness. You are meant to thrive, to have joy, health, & happiness. Together, we can do it.
